Ceramics made to become part of everyday rituals. The Kitchen collection brings Nero's exploration of clay and glaze closer to daily life. Plates, bowls and serving forms are being developed around the gestures of preparing, presenting and sharing food. Here, aesthetics and function are considered together: proportion must feel natural in the hand, surfaces must respond beautifully to food, and materials must withstand repeated use. Objects intended to acquire meaning through use rather than remain untouched.
